SPRING MAKEUP EDIT

Spring has sprung, so that means it’s time for a spring makeup edit! This edit includes some lightweight, pretty pink, and bronze makeup. Those things all out together make a great spring makeup face that isn’t too harsh or heavy. We’re going for the natural look here and I think that’s what spring all about. You don’t want to have the makeup feeling all sticky on your face when it’s getting warm outside. Does this seem like something you’d like? Than keep on reading.

For base: Starting of with one of my most recent bought product being the Lancôme Miracle Cushion Foundation. This is a lightweight foundation with a light to medium coverage. It’s very easy to apply, as it comes with a cute sponge inside. With its compact size it’s also travel friendly and great to put in a handbag for touching up on the go. Pairing that with the Yves Saint Laurent Touch Éclat Luminizing Pen is the perfect match. Since they’re both lightweight but still have some coverage and illuminate the under eye, they go well together. To get a little bit of a healthy color I use a M.A.C Bronzing Powder to bronze all over my face. Also from M.A.C is the M.A.C Cream Blush. This is a good way to get some color on your cheeks but also it won’t come of your face if you’re sweating during the day.

For eyes: Of course I included the M.A.C Paint Pot in Painterly. I use this almost every time before applying eyeshadow. In the spring when it’s getting warmer I like to use cream products as I mentioned above with the blush. For eyeshadow we’re doing the same thing with the BY TERRY Ombre Blackstar Eyeshadow Stick in Misty RockThis one stays all day but is a kind of a pain to remove at the end of the day. To top things off, you’ll need to have your eyebrows on ‘fleek’. I feel so sketchy saying it like that haha. As everyone might already have heard of this product, let me talk to you about it once again. The Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow WizI must admit that I was late to jump on this trend but it was so worth it. All the drama and rumors around it are true, it does the job perfectly. Getting complimented on my eyebrows only happens when I use this baby.

As curious as I am, I’d like to know what your makeup edit for spring would look like. Let me know down below in the comments section!

Love this! I completely agree, I’m all about a more natural look for spring/summer. Except I never remember to pay attention to my eyebrows haha…feeling like I need to look into that brow wiz! Sounds amazing.

Sometimes a natural look can be more beautiful than being all dolled up. If you need some more info on the brows, I can help you with that. Thank you! X

I’ve got to get into all the super moisturising products for the Aussie winter, I need a nice blush though for rosy flushed cheeks, this one looks rad.

The blush is super long lasting, so I would definitely recommend it to you!
